Welcome to Salert, owned and operated by Webziper SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”). By using Salert, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. General Information

Salert is a price-tracking app that helps users monitor discounts and detect unusual or suspicious price changes on supported e-commerce websites. Salert may include affiliate links, from which we may earn commissions.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Salert.
• You agree to provide accurate and updated information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Subscription Plans

Salert offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, and Elite). The Pro plan is currently available for free until January 1, 2026. After this date, all plans will follow the pricing and feature structure listed in the App.

4. User-Generated Content

Salert may allow limited user-generated content, such as profile images. To ensure compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies, users must agree to the following:

• No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
• Profile images must not contain offensive, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission.
• A reporting mechanism is available to flag inappropriate content.
• We may remove content and block users who violate these rules within 24 hours of a report.

5. Privacy and Permissions

To function properly, Salert may request access to certain device features:

• Photo Library & Camera: Used only to upload or update your profile picture.

We do not access or use your photos for any other purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Salert, including logos, design, and functionality, is owned by Webziper SRL. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Salert provides price-tracking services “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party product prices. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Moldova.
